- Personally engineered the company's proprietary in-house property management platform from scratch to replace expensive off-the-shelf software.

Nexovex is the modern revival of a small web design business I originally started in 2011, which transitioned primarily into web hosting over the years. A file storage application that connects multiple cloud providers (AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, and Backblaze B2) under one simple interface. Built with custom direct upload scripts to handle large files easily without bloated dependencies, cutting egress costs significantly.
Audovo
An interactive phone routing platform built with the Twilio Voice API. Allows businesses to design visual phone trees, ring multiple team members, transcribe voicemails automatically using OpenAI's Whisper speech-to-text, and auto-text missed callers.
Screen Chirp
A browser-based video meeting and 4K screen sharing platform built using standard WebRTC. Engineered so it runs directly on standard web hosting without requiring heavy background Node.js daemons, with an added phone bridge so callers can dial in by phone.
Payeny
An online billing and invoicing platform powered by Stripe Connect. Supports multi-party payouts, milestone deliverables, automated recurring invoicing, and clean accounting records across international currencies.
ParkingBreeze
A hardware-free parking payment system that replaces expensive physical parking pay kiosks. Drivers simply scan a QR code on a sign to pay in seconds on their phone, while parking operators get a real-time dashboard to monitor parked cars and enforce spaces.
Marquee Nova
A modern box office platform designed for independent movie theaters. Handles online movie ticket sales, digital ticket scanning at the door via camera, concessions management, and automated payouts to theater operators.
Lemon Lavish
A bespoke website built for a boutique luxury cleaning business, featuring custom visual design, automated client recurring invoicing, and phone call routing so cleaners' personal numbers remain private.
